I'm a Strategic UX Designer with over 3 years of experience transforming complex systems into human-centered, scalable experiences. I bridge design, business, and technology through Design Thinking, CX Strategy, and Service Design and I genuinely enjoy the challenge of turning ambiguity into clarity.

Currently, I'm a Senior UX Designer at Adalfi (a Techlogix company), where I collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft user-centric experiences for mobile banking apps and digital portals. My focus is on designing end-to-end digital payments and smart lending solutions, incorporating micro-interactions that make complex financial workflows feel intuitive. I also configure and maintain Figma design system libraries to keep our teams aligned and efficient.

Before that, at Techlogix, I led the UX for the SECP eZfile digital transformation, a comprehensive platform for the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan that digitized and streamlined regulatory filings nationwide. This work improved service efficiency by 25% for thousands of monthly applicants and reduced internal processing time by 40% across 10 departments. Working alongside Ernst & Young (EY) and SECP stakeholders, I facilitated Design Thinking workshops, mapped service blueprints, and translated intricate regulatory workflows into simplified digital experiences.
